Christmas Festivities

It is a different Christmas season this year as we are far from family and our traditional holiday activities. This year Jerad and I started our own traditions and continues the ones we love. We decorated our tree and I decoraded our home - I always look forward to this! We jumped in the car one night and went looking at christmas lights in the neighborhoods near by and then came home and made sugar cookies. We decorated them the next night while watcing christmas movies :-)

 

 

 

 

We drove through a neighborhood and found where all this light was coming from haha! It's the craziest house we have ever seen!

 

 

 

We also visited a huge christmas tree store filled with fake trees and lots of decor for the home

 

 

I have made great friends at my job and I spent the early part of Christmas Eve with them!

 

 

 

 

Being away from our family this time of year is hard, but we are so thankful for phones and texting and Skype! Here are some photos from back home :-)
