I was watching the Barefoot Contessa yesterday (I just love watching her show :-) ) and Ina was baking these delicious homemade brownies. I had to try them...who doesn't love chocolate and caramel?! And all pure ingredients instead of the boxed stuff is always so much better...
Let's just say these are melt in your mouth goodness and so easy to make. They are perfectly paired with a glass of cold milk or a cup of hot coffee or a glass of red wine. They work with pretty much anything - casual to fancy.
